Vacancy Automotive Field

We need to expand our team FAST!  We are now in urgent
need of the following new team members:
 
1.       Non-Technical Trainer (2)  = At

least 5 years (combined) relevant experience in Training and Automotive
Industry Operations (either from Dealer or Manufacturer/Distributor).
Auto Industry background is a must!  Initial requirement is someone who
can conduct training for Sales Consultants, Sales Supervisors/Managers, and
Customer Service Personnel.  Course Development Experience/Competence is
also a must.  Ability to learn fast a must.  With valid driver's
license (4-wheel).
2.       Process Efficacy - Sales / Sales Management

Coach (1) = At least 5 years work experience in the Automotive Industry
(Dealer and/or OEM).  Current position must be a Zone Manager / Area
Manager (Sales) in an OEM or a Sales Manager / Branch Manager in a
Dealership.  Ability to conduct training also preferred (for flexibility;
can be asked to facilitate training for Sales Consultants, Sales Supervisors,
and Sales Managers from time-to-time).  Ability to learn fast a
must.  Should be very process-oriented.  Engineering educational
background preferred.
3.       Process Efficacy - Service / Service

Management Coach (1) = At least 5 years work experience in the Automotive
Industry (Dealer and/or OEM).  Current position must be a Zone Manager /
Area Manager (Service) in an OEM or a Service & Parts Manager in a
Dealership.  Ability to conduct training also preferred (for flexibility;
can be asked to facilitate training for Service Advisors, Service Managers,
Parts Managers, and Customer Service Staff from time-to-time).  Ability to
learn fast a must.  Should be very process-oriented.  Engineering
educational background preferred.  
4.      Finance and General Administration Staff (1) = Accounting graduate.

 At least 1 year relevant work experience.
Should have a great attention to details.  Must be flexible to work in
various functions (e.g. as Junior Accountant, as Invoicing Clerk, as Training
Administrator, as Marketing Assistant, etc.).  Excellent organizational
skills a must.
5.       AutoVarsity™ Specialist (1) = Excellent

communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia a must.  First task
is to learn the AutoVarsity™ system and translate the LMS website from English
to Bahasa Indonesia.  Second task is to assist in the marketing of
AutoVarsity to prospective clients.  This might involve doing demonstrations
on the online learning system, preparing and sending out Marketing materials,
etc.  Third task is to operate the AutoVarsity™ and work with the Business
Development, Solutions, and Delivery Teams, etc.  Automotive Industry
experience not necessary.  Must be quick to learn.  Must have the
ability to do presentations and facilitate training (for AutoVarsity).
Human Resources, Communications, IT, or Marketing background preferred.
Also performs as Training Administrator from time-to-time.

1. HR Assistant Officer
• Having strong experience in recruitment process of Construction/ Fabrication field, min. 3 years
• Posses ability to make good report and good team player and independent

2. Planning/Scheduling Engineer
• Experience in performing quality takeoffs, statistical analysis and understanding technical process.
• Having a good skill in understanding technical process, engineering drawing, quantity determination and reports.

3. Safety Officer / Engineer
• Experience implementing and actively supporting an environmental, safety and health management program on a construction site.
• Must have knowledge of Indonesian workplace health and safety laws and regulations.

4. Scaffold Supervisor
• Having experiences on supervising and managing a number of craft supervisors to achieve tight construction milestones.
• Able to prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, craft personnel forecasts and expenditures forecast.
• Strong experience of liaising with and coordinating contractors and vendors.

5. Structural Superintendent
• Strong supervision experience in the erection of structural steel.
• Display effective communications skills crucial to motivating team members and presenting plans in a clear and concise manner.
• Willing to work in shift pattern

6. Receptionist
• Min. High school generally required
• Female, max. 25 years old
• Attractive and pleasant personality
• Having good communication skill in English both verbal and written
• Having knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure
• Possess basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7. Document Control
• Min. Degree holder from reputable university
• Doc. Control min. 2 years
• Possess basic safety training course certificate
• Able to adapt with high pressure condition

8. Paint/Insulation /Fireproofing Field Engineer
• Experience in the management of subcontractors activities relating to cost and scheduling, manpower requirements, and productivity.
• NACE level II or equivalent and experience in cryogenic insulation systems and experience in the application of intumescent fire proofing.
• Able to interpret design engineering drawings/specifications and prepares construction work packages for the use of superintendents as required for all coatings, including; but not limited to; Temporary construction facilities, Field sketches of revisions and additions and preparing " as built" drawing, permanent plant materials and equipment.

9. Buyer

• Having at least min. 2 years experience prior
• Diploma/ degree from reputable university
• Having good knowledge in supply chain management
• Expert in Ms. Office, SAP knowledge is preferred
• Having the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Having knowledge in procurement, Engineering and construction
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market in area of specialization
• Skill in preparing and analyzing complex technical specifications and bids.

10. Structural Field Engineer
• Experience with heavy industrial construction in all structural work including steel erection, inspection, turnover and module load out
• Having ability to provide technical assistance to Superintendents and Supervisors.
• Degree in civil/ construction engineering and min. 4 years of experience in a field structural engineering construction role.

General Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency MS Office Application.
