A Public-Listed company in town is seeking for:
RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Handling all incoming telephone calls in a timely & professional manner
Attend to walk-in visitors
Incoming / Outgoing mails & arrange for courier pickup services.
Provide support to other division
Maintain systematic filling in the company
Distribute incoming mail
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level or Nitec in Service Skills (office)
Some relevant experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Applicant should be Singapore citizen or hold relevant residence status
Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
Cheerful & Pleasant personality
Basic computer knowledge
Possess good telephone etiquette & communication skills
Spoken & written English
Familiar with Microsoft office
Must be able to write and speak Mandarin (due to handle customer from chinesse base)
