Vacancy-PURCHASING ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Our company is aggressively expanding our garment division, and we have been in the business of producing textile and textile products for 30 years, therefore we are looking for



1 (one) PURCHASING ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Job Description :


1. Purchasing Administration with the following tasks:

Receiving goods
Receiving invoices
Preparing and following up payment requests
Preparing custom documents for Trimmings
Arranging transport of goods to factory
Data input to a specially designed and important software
Making KPI analysis
Preparing monitoring chart
Filing
2. Supervising the administration team

3. Ensuring neat administration leading to purchasing team’s on time deliveries.


Requirements :




Female with S1 degree from any discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering
Age not more than 35 years old, domicile in Surabaya or its vicinity, or is willing to relocate to Surabaya.
Average score (GPA): minimum 3.0
Excellent computer literacy
