Qualifications:

Male

Bachelor degree, preferably from Civil or Architecture

At least 2 years experience in GA & HR
*
Knowledge of building maintenance and project management
*
Able to make good relationship with local government institution
*
Good integrity, accountability, teamwork, decision making, and customer oriented
*
Willing to be base in Pekanbaru
Job scope:
*
Report to GA & Property Sr Manager in GA Department
*
To handle and maintain office operational including general services, office facilities, operational cars, and management building
*
To coordinate HR activities in regional office
