The client, a national organisation, is looking to hire a Technical Writer/Trainer on a full time capacity. Here is your opportunity to join a stable organisation that is growing organically.

The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about IT and also be a self-starter, hence requiring little supervision.You will be liaising with other business units and potentially manage their respective priorities and requirements. In this role, you will need to have strong experience in writing technical documentation, and develop and deliver training to the end user and partner network. Hence you will also need to have demonstrated experience delivering presentations to a group of audience.

You will also be responsible for contributing to new ideas on documentation requirements, training needs and opportunities.
