We are India's leading Alcohol beverage company and  have the following openings to be filled up URGENTLY.
We need result oriented , aggressive, people management professionals
1) DGM-HR (Manufacturing) who will be responsible for overall HR & IR deliverables for the company owned, multi-locational plants.Location: Aurangabad
Functionally reporting to Corporate HR Head and administratively to Regional Manufacturing HeadExperience: MSW, LLB with 8+ years experience in handling shop floor HR and IR in a bottling-cum-alcohol beverages plant, and potential to grow into a corporate HR role in 3~4 years time.Working knowledge of Marathi is essential.
2) Head-Talent Development: Responsible for Organisational Capability building initiatives, training effectiveness with ROI linkage with company's objectives, Talent Management and succession planning and Strategic Hiring  for all Manager and above positions.
Will report to Corporate HR Head.
Location: Mumbai.
Experience: 6+ years in FMCG/Telecom/Alcohol beverage. Experience in handling HR Operations will be preferred.
