Contact Centre Officer

 

We are one of the leadi ng Indonesian Information and Technology companies and have been working with I nter national Enterprises on the related area, and one of them is a Dutch company and we are seeking candida tes to full fill the contact centre officer position.

The contact centre department acts as a point of contact for our overseas customers which are mainly located in Europe, especially in The Netherlands. We work around the clock (24/7) and answers any incoming calls from our customers and the communication on is done in both English and Dutch. Next to that, we perform real- time monitoring, checking, and reporting tasks as well. This makes the job absolutely challenging and we also provide trainings for the new recruits before they get started.

We proudly inform you that the project we're involve d in is the first project (and still one and the only) in Indonesia that provides around the clock ( 24/7) support for the European, especially the Dutch companies.

For you that love to communicate with people, work with the phone and internet, and have high discipline, this is something for you!

Here are the further required qualifications:

- Male
- Having good communication skill in English
-
Having ability in the Dutch language will be an advantage
- Willing to work in shift and on the national holiday, including Hari Raya Idul Fitri
