highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. Production / Operation Department Head (Code : PDH)
2. Production Supervisor (Code : PDH)
3. Geotechnical Department Head (Code : GDH)
4. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer (Code : Geomodel)
5. Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QC)
6. Purchasing Technical (Code : PT)
7. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)
8. Trading Sourcing Supervisor (Code : TSS)
9. Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : IPS)
10. Wellsite Geos (Code : WG)

1. Production / Operation Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:

• Male, max 45 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years
in managerial level as Production Department Head
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as:
minescape, minex and surpac
• Minimum POM certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production,
facility, equipment, man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central
government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan

2. Production Supervisor / Pit Supervisor (Code : PS)

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining
analysis and cost
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and
organizational skills
• Willing to be placed in remote area

3. Geotechnical Department Head (Code : GDH)

• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Min. 7 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining
and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed
mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation
and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of
geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM
(Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W)
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
• Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in site : South Kalimantan

4. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geomodel)

Requirements:

• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining
and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Having Experiences in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling,
filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells,
installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope
movement
• Having skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using
geotechnical software
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
• Willing to be placed in site : South Kalimantan

5. Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QC)

Responsibilities:

• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the
mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements.
Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Minimum 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as
Coal Quality Control
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers &
subcontractors
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area

6. Purchasing Technical (Code : PT)

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical/Civil or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience as Purchasing Technical in mining industry
• Having good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
• Computer Literate in using MS office
• Willing to be located in remote area

7. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and
environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE)
strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as
lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and
organizational skills
• Willing to be placed in site

8. Trading Sourcing Supervisor (Code : TSS)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Marketing or Management or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• More than 3 years of working experience in COAL trading/purchasing business
• Fluent in English, Good interpersonal skills, energetic and creative
• Computer literate (Windows, Office, email & internet)
• Result oriented with strong initiative and excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Open minded and willing to learn new things

9. Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : IPS)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good
analytical and problem solving
• Be able to adapt quickly
• Willing to be placed in site

10. Wellsite Geos (Code : WG)

Requirements:

• Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university
• 1 Years experience as geologist, fresh graduate are welcome
• Having a Good Knowledge & able to use geological software, is a must
• Will be placed in remote area
