VACANCY Warehouse Assistant Jakarta

One of our clients, Direct Selling industry in global nutrition, weight-loss and skin-care company from USA, is currently looking for:

Qualifications:
·         At least Diploma degree
·         Maximum age 35 years old
·         At least one year of work experience.
·         Command of spoken English.
·         Familiar with computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
·         Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels.
·         Able to work under pressure, especially during month end.
 
Responsibilities:
·         Plan and arrange for warehouse goods replenishment & backend process.
·         Arrange delivery with distributors/contractors for home delivery.
·         Ensure sufficient stocks of IBP bags and Weight Management Packs.
·         Assist to pick products for pickup by or delivery to distributors.
·         Provide good customer and counter services.
·         Perform cycle count and stock take.
·         Ensure proper filing of documents and timely update of Oracle transactions.
