WORKPACK TEAM LEADER
Responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible to lead and take charge of the Workpack Team and assign projects to the workpack engineers in accordance to the size and criticality of the projects
- Fully accountable for the timely delivery of accurate and good quality workpacks as required by Client
- Organise workscoping, workpack preparations, offshore executions, close-out reports and monitor construction performance
- Issue AFC workpacks, close-out reports, weekly progress reports and performance monitoring reports
- Accelerate workpacks issuance in compliance with the latest Client's work programme (Integrated Barge Schedule)
- Incorporate the latest project key dates in the workpacks as per the latest Client's work programme (Integrated Barge Schedule)
- Comply with all Client's Procedures and Guidelines and ensure incorporation into the workpacks
- Review all workpacks and ensure all safety concerns are addressed and accurate
- Display Management Visibility commitment
- To supervise all personnel under the Workpack Team
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time
Qualification/Requirements:
- A recognised degree in any discipline of engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas Industry
- Minimum 5 years offshore execution workplace experience and an additional 5 years experience in managing a team of workpack engineers
- Conversant with construction norms and planning tools
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities and duties:
- Report to Workpack Team Leader/Project Manager on all technical matters
- Report to Operation Team Leader on all operational matters (Fabrication Yard & Offshore)
- Review structural requirement for Hook-up and Commissioning ï
works in project
- Attend site visit and produce Site Visit Report to verify and confirm structural works requirement as per Specification and Drawings
- Review, check and verify all structural drawings and documents related eucic to Material t
- Produce Material Take-Off and Material Requisition for structural
discipline related to project
- Finalise material and size of structure for fabrication
- Monitor on-shore fabrication works related to any structure
- Produce Job Cards for structural discipline related to project
- Prepare Structural Schedule of Works when required by Client or (Planning Dept.) for the project
- Prepare, produce and respond to all technical query and site
technical query related to structural to and from Clients.
- Evaluate, review and confirm all technical proposals or submission from sub-contractors or suppliers to meet project specifications and requirement
- Supervise fabrication, preparation, calibration and complete check list of installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commisioning of structural items
- Advise Workpack Team Leader on sequencing and scheduling of structural scope related to project
- Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualification/Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge and experience in design and construction engineering
- Experience in hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, chemical plants, petroleum refineries, gas compression facilities or other related petroleum processing plant
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities and duties:
- Report to Project Manager on all engineering and technical matters of the project
- Report to Operation Team Leader on all on-shore fabrication and off-shore operational matters
- Assist Work Pack Team Leader on manpower, tools & equipment and consumables required for project
- Assist Planning Engineer on manpower, tool and equipment and consumables required for project
- Operation planning for the project encompassing all Discipline, Marine and Logistics requirement
- Consolidate manpower, tools, consumables and equipment from each Discipline for the Work Package
- Consolidate all Job Cards, Material Take-Off and Material Requisition by each Discipline
- Plan and schedule Fabrication Works at the on-shore yard
- Plan and schedule construction and installation activities for offshore activities related to project
- Lead, plan and direct multi-disciplinary construction work at offshore site
- Lead, plan and direct marine activities related activities to construction works at off-shore site
- Lead, plan and direct logistic activities related to construction work at off-shore site
- Prepare and submit manpower manifest for project to relevant parties, Clients and Project Manager
- Attain and prepare all necessary approvals for all works at site
- Supervise erection and maintenance of work habitats.
- Ensure compliance to all Safety and HSE, QA/QC requirements.
- Lead and guide all construction personnel at site in the installation and construction activities
- Supervise and monitor of off-shore construction spreads according to HSE requirement
- Implement all Field Instructions related to project
- Communicate Construction information to Clients and Project Managers
- Attend all Safety Briefing, Tool Box Meeting and Project Meeting at site
Qualification/Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge and experience in design and construction engineering
- Experience in hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, chemical plants, petroleum refineries, gas compression facilities or other related petroleum processing plant
- Strong leadership qualities
INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Responsibilities and duties:
- Report directly to Workpack Team Leader
- Conversant with field instruments (including 'smart' devices), Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Fire and Gas System, Alarm and Shutdown (ASD) System, Wellhead Control Panel, Closed Circuit Television, turbo-machineries control, metering systems and pneumatic systems
- Prepare jobcards/workpack and perform field work during hookup and commissioning
Qualification/Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 6 years working experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge and experience in design and construction engineering
- Experience in hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, chemical plants, petroleum refineries, gas compression facilities or other related petroleum processing plant
QA/QC ENGINEER
Responsibilities and duties:
- Report to Senior QA/QC Engineer
- Responsible for all coordination and compilation of all offshore and onshore construction QA/QC documentation
- Coordinate the inspectors to work locations
- Coordinate and submit the QA/QC reports for all works immediately after implementation
- Oversee quality documentations preparation, review, internal approval and client's approval
- Implement quality activities such as QA/QC programs, audits and coaching of the inspection team
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time
Qualification/Requirements:
- A recognised Engineering Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry
PLANNER/SCHEDULERS
Responsibilities and duties:
- Fully accountable for the preparation of the daily schedule based on the Work pack planning and resources on board
- Prepare the Daily Progress Report and daily minutes of meeting
- Coordinate the compilation of Final Documentation
- Capture, review and make necessary improvement on the submission of Final Documentation related to Operations Department
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time
Qualification/Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry
