Office Manager - New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, New Zealand Embassy Jakarta

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the Jakarta team of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, reporting to the Trade Commissioner - Indonesia The role is responsible for contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the Jakarta office by providing high-level support services to the Trade Commissioner and the Jakarta based team.

You will be experienced in managing financial systems and processes, have excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work to tight and competing deadlines. Self-direction and motivation are required, along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

You will have responsibility for managing the day to day administration (including reception duties) and accounts of the office, working closely with other offices in the NZTE network.
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience managing a small to medium sized office, ideally working with a number of different stakeholders. You must be able to speak and write English competently.

The role of Office Manager - Jakarta is a locally engaged position and governed under Indonesian Labour Law. Applicants need to be eligible to live and work in Indonesia.
