Vacancy Profab: E&I, Mechanic, Drafter, Project Manager

PT Profab. Since 1998 Profab has specialised in the manufacture of Pressure Vessels, Piping Systems, Heavy Structures, Mooring Systems and Process Modules to the Oil and Gas Industry. Profab have manufactured for large oil and gas projects in Indonesia, Australia, Brazil, Thailand, India, China, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan.

Ideally situated in Batu Merah (Batam Island - Indonesia) Profab is just 15km from both the Singapore and Malaysian mainlands providing the perfect gateway to all Asian destinations and beyond. Able to handle equipment capacity up to 2000 tonnes, Profab can load out directly on its rail handling system to barges, when required.

We require some candidates to fill in these positions below:

(1) E & I Coordinator (JBPR - EI)
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience as E&I Engineer/Coordinator in Oil & Gas Company
- Experience working with P&ID, Wiring Diagrams and Terminations
- Capable of applying a wide variety of hand and power tools, electric and electronic test gear related to the field and shop work
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers and hardware is highly desired.

(2) Mechanic (JBPR - ME)
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in repairing of diesel/petrol engines
- Knowledge and experience in repairing of crane /forklift etc.
- Minimum 5 years working experiences

(3) Drafter/Tekla (JBPR – DT)

Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Mechanical and/or Structural design Oil & Gas Company
- Strong analytical skill and good knowledge in engineering design software wit be an advantage
- Working with TEKLA Software is highly regarded
- Good understanding and knowledge of ASME code for piping (831.3, B31 .4 or 831.8) and piping components

(4) Project Manager (JBM –PM)
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years working experience
- Project Management experience in fabricatioc4f construction of oil and gas equipment
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strengths in Process / Mechanical Engineering are an advantage
- Excellent communication and strong team leader
