CAREER OPPORTUNITY IT Manager - Telkomcel Timor Leste

Our company, Telekomunikasi Indonesia International, S.A is the subsidiary company of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (TELIN) which is operated and located in Timor-Leste. Telkomcel is brand of our mobile telecommunication (cellular) and internet connection service along all Districts in Timor Leste. We are currently looking for highly motivated professional to join our company for the position below:

IT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Operating and developing IT Infrastructure:
1. Systems: BSD/Unix, Linux, Solaris, Windows Server
2. Network: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Computer Networks, WiFi system, Bandwidth
Management
3. Database admin, including Oracle & MySQL
4. Applications: mail systems, web, DNS, radius, active directory, LDAP
5. Operating & business support systems (OSS and BSS) for data network and mobile operator

Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.
· Have at least 5 year experience at the same field
· Have experiences in :
o IT Systems & Architecture
o Internetworking
o Database & OSS/BSS system
· Fast learner, discipline, hardworking, and able to work under presure
· Applicant must be willing to work in Dilli, Timor Leste
· International certification is recommended
