Support and provide input to early project planning and execution coordination efforts
Support construction-related activities during project planning and execution phases
Maintain/build competency in specific area of Construction related to execution planning and procedures
Serve as an expert resource to various site teams during Construction Readiness Reviews (CRRs)/inspections
Participate/support discrete tasks to improve Construction systems and tools
Responsibilities And Duties
Provide input to early project planning deliverables
Establish and own personal program for developing core competency in specific area of Construction planning and execution
Assist in constructability input to the project during FEED and early design phase
Monitor execution activities and review appropriateness of plans, procedures, and programs for effective execution
Assist implementation of best practices and current Construction systems/tools with early project planning teams
Assist in the balanced and consistent application of Construction systems/tools across projects in which involved
Provide accurate and timely reports as needed to the Construction Planning/Coordination Managers on project planning and execution activities
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:
Minimum High School education or Trade School equivalent; relevant degree preferred

NAVAL ARCHITECT

LEAD INFORMATION MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Positions Supervised: Document Controller , Document Controller – DFO
Job Function:
Serve as the principal Banyu Urip Subject Matter Expert for Information Management and Document Control:
Providing IM&DC systems, plans and procedures, and execution training; and,
Coordinating the IM&DC execution efforts of the Project and Subproject Document Control Coordinators and the DFO Coordinator.
Responsibility And Duties:
Provide Information Management leadership and guidance to the overall project including coordinating activities of PT DCCs and the DFO Coordinator
Coordinate the overall Information Management Process, including monitoring the Contractors performance and process in conjunction with the EPC PTs
Prepare the Information Management Plan, put in place guides, procedures and tools to execute it (e.g. specifications, procedures, databases, central files, user guides, etc.) and provide training
Review standard contracting/procurement and project management documents and procedures to ensure they include clear communication of Information Management and Document Control standards and requirements.
Coordinate and support the Document Control Coordinators (DCCs) assigned to EPC PTs with review of document plans, assessment of processes, and issue resolution including but not limited to DFO specifications, Engineering numbering system, Master Document Register (MDR), Supplier Master Document Register, Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) and other related documentations
Serve as the Point Contact for Information Technology issues associated with establishing the Project Information Management System and related IT databases and tools.
Produce periodic information management system performance reports covering the full scope of the Project including any issues that could potentially impact final documentation quality, cost or schedule
Support planning and oversees the delivery of the Document for Operations (DFO) from the EPC to the Operations organization through coordination with the production organizations information management counter part. Act as the primary contact point for document handover.
Maintain documents in line with OIMS requirements
Perform internal audits within the PT and external audits of contractor teams
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
Skill and experience in supervision of Information Management / Document Control personnel in an oil and gas industry project team.
High proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures.
Understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities. Experience in a Production, Refining or Chemicals operations technical support organization is desirable.
High skill in written communications including proven ability to create procedures, guides and training.
University degree in engineering is preferable
10+ years industry working experience in areas of technical administrative support and document management, including working experience with IT systems and tools.
5+ years working in project technical information management assignments with a minimum 3 years experience in supervisory / management positions.
FIELD WELLHEAD OPERATOR (OFFSHORE BASED)
The Wellhead Production Operator is an offshore site based role playing an integral part of the Production team. The working regime is rotational, 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
General Activities:
Looks after safety aspect as a priority.
Reports to the FPW & Shift Supervisor.
Looks after personnel equipments.
Respects work permit recommendations and be sure the equipments are in safe condition for maintenance works.
Knows and Follows the standing instructions and operating procedures.
Optimises production.
Proposes solutions to problems on the plant.
Carries out daily, weekly, and monthly routine jobs.
Checks all running equipment, Logs process parameters and reports abnormalities.
Changes over running equipment as and when required.
Co-ordinates with the control room operator for start up, shut down and normalising of the plant.
Follows up activities, and ensures high level of safety on the plant and the Field.
Check each signed work permit at the site and ensure that the jobs are performed safely in accordance with operguid procedures.
Maintains housekeeping of the whole field.
Handling, dispatching & receiving chemicals.
Sample collection for all different campaign.
Required Qualification & Technical Back-grounds:
Educated to Higher Secondary School level.
Diploma / Trade certificate in chemical / production / mechanical.
Min. 3 to 5 years experience in process plants.
The WHD Operator should be educated with Diploma/Trade certificate in Chemical / Mechanical, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry with proven hands-on Oil and Gas production, well operations (Eruptive and activated wells, gas lift, ESP), well testing and chemical injection.
Previous experience in offshore installation and with Sour Gas/Oil (High H2S content) is highly recommended.

The Field Control Room (DCS) Operator is an offshore site based role playing an integral part of the Production team. The working regime is rotational, 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
General Activities:
Wells: 66 oil producers, 7 gas producers, 6 gas injectors, 3 water injectors, 9 dump flood, 1 water disposal plus 30+ pipelines.
Responsible for the continuous monitoring of all field parameters including remote platform facilities: Central Complex 10 structures, oil process, gas lift, gas process 2 wellhead, 2 living quarters + 5 flare stacks, satellite platforms, 11 structures.
Initiates corrective action sites through operator intervention or corrective action through DCS.
Adjusts production rates in accordance with company production targets and 3rd party operated sales requirement.
Monitor and initiates corrective action through the multiple field safety systems: Fire and gas, ESD for all field platforms.
Maintains awareness of permit to work system for work in hand and impact on process and safety.
Takes decision to stop process in event of escalating problem/malfunction/severe hazard situations.
Carrying out platform S/D and restart directive external operator.
Communicates with 3rd party for direct feed systems.
Required Qualification & Technical Back-grounds:
Educated to Higher Secondary School level.
Diploma / Trade certificate in chemical / production / mechanical.
Min. 3 to 5 years experience in process plants.

Out of which at least 2-3 years experience in monitoring and controlling the whole operation / process from centralized DCS control room. Previous experience in offshore installation and with Sour Gas/Oil (High H2S content) is highly recommended.
