TECHNICALTRAINING SYSTEM SPECIALIST
The role’s responsibility is to ensurethe implementation of successful technical training and assessment systems at theCompany so that the technical competencies of workers are properly maintainedand recorded as appropriate to the demands of their employment.
Main Qualification:
1.
Bachelordegree in Engineering or Training related discipline (preferable) .
2..
Demonstratedability to develop and implement a best practice competency based technical trainingsystem.
3.
Professionalexperie nce in related areas from 7 – 10 years.
Candidate has to be able to cooperatein team of various departments besides being an independent worker, possessesgood interpersonal skill, mature, able to lead, and enthusiastic learner.
