Senior Quantity Surveyor
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

* Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurement
* Project budget, costing and compilation of rates
* To prepare tender document, call for quotation and evaluate tender submissions
* Preparation of monthly progress claim and verification of sub-con claim
* To liaise with Client, Consultant, Contractors and other parties as required
* Report directly to Managing Director
* Involving contract

Requirements:

* Diploma / Degree in architectural / Building Management / Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction industry
* Experience in measurement of quantities and tendering
* Good team player and interpersonal skill
* Singaporean, Singapore PRs & Malaysian are eligible
* Full-Time position available immediately

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
