Client – Deals with 500 communications companies in more than 100 countries to address market changes and demands as they deliver everything from Voice calls to sophisticated data and video services
Requirement:
Ability to interpret business and operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
Ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
Must have the ability to professionally and effectively deliver presentations to small and large groups.
Must possess a relatively high level of interpersonal communication skills to accurately convey information.
Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Stature and style to immediately earn the respect of clients’ current leadership team, particularly within the relevant practice areas of Telecommunication.
8-10 years experience in providing value added service / solution to mobile operator preferred.

Responsibilities:
Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries.
Establish and maintain good communications with customers on project issues and concerns.
Maintain good communications with implementation team, support team and/or third parties regarding all aspects of project from project inception through to delivery and closing.
Co-ordinate efforts of all team members by supplying them necessary information and ensuring that it is used correctly.
Chair project kick-off meeting and attend meetings at customer sites (some travel required).
Maintain log of project purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Document and resolve any customer change order or extra requests
Ensure all Quality System documentation relating to projects are utilized and completed
Participate in the preparation and checking of Operation and Maintenance Manuals

Salary would be commensurate to the candidate’s depth of experience & abilities.
