Times Management Consultancy, we are a well established executive search firm based in Mid Valley City, KL.
Our client is a leading global financial institution with specialized in banking, investment, insurance, fund management. In line with their expansion plan, they are seeking high quality candidate to join their successful team as a Customer Service Officer.
Working location: Jalan Raja Chulan, KLCC
Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday only
Remuneration: Up to RM 1800 with 2 months contractual bonus
Responsibilities:
- A positive, outgoing person with excellent customer service skills that can make the caller's first impression on the company, an experience to remember
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers with alternative solutions; implementing solutions & escalating unresolved problems
- Provides customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries
- Continuously strive to develop and maintain customer rapport and satisfaction
- Responsible in taking ownership and its confidentiality for all calls
Requirements:
- SPM / STPM / Diploma holder in any field
- 1 or 2 years working experience in Call Center or Customer Service field
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Good listening skill and have a positive mindset
- Able to speak well in Mandarin, English & B. Melayu
