Sales & Marketing MANAGER
Based in Jakarta
Reports to the GM
Academic Requirements: Degree / Masters in Business / Management/ Biotechnology. MBA advantageous
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in the field of business / operations / sales management within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry preferred.
- Sales team management.
- Previous experience of laboratory operations would be advantageous.
- Leadership and managerial skills.
- Good organisation and planning abilities.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities in a diverse community.
- Knowledge of local and regional regulatory and ethical processes and practices.
- Understanding of developing technological, regulatory, and environmental issues and trends in bio-technology.
- Skill in budget preparation and financial management.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Employee development and performance management skills.
Overall Job Scope
- Provide leadership and expand the business in Indonesia to ensure that strategic goals and revenue targets agreed in conjunction with the Board are achieved
- Increase sales and profitability
- Manage team performance and management reporting.
- Oversight of business development of the business in major cities in Indonesia.
