**Position: SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION ( Nice Perform Call Monitoring
System )*

Location: Atlanta , GA

Duration: 4 Months+

Rate: Competitive

Responsibilities:

*Work with various business associates engaged in the daily care and feeding
of the NICE system.* Primary duties will include ensuring all call center
agents are receiving recordings and that all technical infrastructure needed
to support the *NICE systems* are functional and monitored to alert in the
event of failure.

Outcome:

Provide a more stable and predictable NICE operational environment for the
call centers.

*Required Skills: *

Candidate should have two years experience with the Nice Perform Call
Monitoring System, preferred version 3.0. In addition, they should have a
solid working knowledge of Windows 2003 Server, working knowledge of
Microsoft SQL 2005 and working knowledge of Avaya PBX. The emphasis is on
Nice Perform System and Windows 2003.

*Preferred Skills: Nice Perform System and Windows 2003** *

*Years of experience: 3-5 *

*Soft Skills Needed *

Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. The ability to
understand organizational dynamics and procedures is needed. Specific focus
on attending to, and communicating the status of, business priorities.
