3G Optimization:

·         At least three to 4 experience in 3G (With at least one year on ZTE equipment

·         Experience in main KPIs and related counters

·         Experience on call traces PS & CS

·         Experience on tools (Mao Info, Actix, TEMS)

·         Organize the BM reports an daily/weekly,…(Presentation skills)

·         Network Dimensioning experience (2 carriers/3 Carriers)

·         Expert on Broadband.

·         MS Access experience, and Excel Macros experience.
