PT Gemala Borneo Utama (GBU) and its affiliated companies are gold and base metals exploration companies which has location in Maluku and Sulawesi.  To support company's expansion, PT Gemala Borneo Utama is seeking the following candidates to based on site and Jakarta:

Community Development Officer (Health) (Maluku based)

·         Male/Female, age 30-40 years old

·         Bachelor Degree in Health Science

·         Experienced in field work particularly in the oil/gas or mining industry

·         Experience with community health programs

·         Willing to work in a remote area on a roster basis (5 weeks on and 2 weeks off)

·         Have good communication, presentation and reporting skills

·         Good computer skills

 

Community Development Officer (Governance) (Maluku based)

·         Male/Female, age 30-40 years old

·         Bachelor Degree in Communications or other relevant area

·         Experienced in field work particularly in community governance programs

·         Willing to work in a remote area on a roster basis (5 weeks on and 2 weeks off)

·         Good inter-personal skills in building governance structures

·         Have good communication, presentation, training and reporting skills

·         Good computer skills

 

Environmental Officer (Maluku based)

·         Male/Female, age 30-40 years old

·         Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science or related area

·         Experienced in field work particularly in the oil/gas or mining industry

·         Experience with UKL /UPL, Environmental Baselines, and AMDAL

·         Willing to work in a remote area on a roster basis (5 weeks on and 2 weeks off)

·         Self starter and able to work under minimum supervision

·         Have good communication, presentation and reporting skills

·         Good computer skills

 

 
Public Relations Officer (Maluku based)

·         Male/Female, age 30-40 years old

·         Bachelor Degree in Communications or other relevant area

·         Experienced in government relations, media, and working in local communities

·         A good understanding of the mining industry

·         Willing to work in a remote area on a roster basis (5 weeks on and 2 weeks off)

·         Have good writing, communication, presentation and reporting skills

·         Good English and computer skills

 

Legal Counsel (Jakarta based-Senior Manager Position)

·         Ensure and monitor company's compliance to prevailing laws and regulations including corporate law, mining law, land law

·         Advise General Manager and top management on trends, changes, and updates in mining laws which impact company's business in Indonesia

·         Act as company's legal representative in dealing with government officials, claim or action addressed to company and its affiliates

·         Prepare, draft and negotiating contract with third party in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

·         Monitor and track of company's legal documents, permit and licenses both for corporate secretarial and company's business segment

·         Bachelor Degree in Laws

·         Minimum three (3) years experiences in similar roles in Mining Industry as Legal Counsel and or Litigation lawyer

·         Having strong knowledge in mining laws as well corporate laws

·         Familiar with conflict resolution in mining industry in legal actions

·         Excellent communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa, able to communicate with Head Quarter office in Australia

·         Able working without supervision

·         Able to travel to operation site
