To handle dealer and distributor manpower.
To work in Channel Sales
To train,guide and develop people working under you.
To develop and expand the business.
To plan and work out for different business strategies.
To think of new ideas for being stable in today's competitive market.

Should have worked with the previous organization for at least 6 month
Should not succumb to pressure and able to source business independently
