DIRECTV is seeking a Technical Contract Recruiter to join the team in our Denver, Colorado location.
The Technical Contract Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and plans.
• Establish strong rapport with candidates, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, etc.
• Consult with hiring managers to identify needs and to develop/implement a staffing strategy/plan for each position.
• Drive recruitment strategy by implementing creative, efficient and effective sourcing and recruitment plans.
• Manage the recruiting life cycle.
• Source and identify top talent representative of the specific job requirements including identifying passive candidates by utilizing cold-calling techniques, Internet research, and networking.
• Pre-Screen, interview and present top talent to hiring managers.
• Solicit feedback from hiring managers and other interviewers after interviews.
• Manage the offer process and partner with the HR Business Partner, Compensation Representative and the Candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 8-12 years experience working as a life cycle technical recruiter in support of IT departments.
• All applicants must be experienced with managing high volumes in a corporate setting.
• Candidates must have strong communication and team building skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work professionally in a corporate environment.
• Applicants must be able to manage a diverse requisitions load of 20-30 requisitions.
• All candidates must have the ability to work full-time onsite M-F at our office in Denver, Colorado.
