Our client, a world leader in plastic piping system invites ambitious professional to join their growing organization in ASEAN for the following position:

Location: Batu Caves, Selangor.
5 days work week.

1) ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

- Assist in monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/year end closing and management reporting purposes.
- Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure collection and analyze aging reports.
- To prepare the full sets of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
- Maintenance of fixed assets.
- Cash flow management, monitoring of bank balances and bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for annual statutory reporting, budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Handle company’s tax and company secretarial functions.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient systems are in place and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the operations of Accounts Department.

Requirements:
- ACCA finalist, Advanced Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity.
- Must be PC literate.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Must have initiative, be reliable and possess strong integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range: RM2,000.00 to RM3,000.00

2) SALES COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Handling industrial clients including of enquiries, quotation and follow up.
- Assist in chasing for collection.
- Assist in providing solution and guideline to clients pertaining to products usage and application.
- Assist in others matter as requested by the Head of Department.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Sales admin and customer service experiences will be an added advantage.
- Full-Time positions available.

3) SALES ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing clients and expand new client base.
- Prepare quotation, follow up on customer and close sales.
- Product development and provide technical solution to customer.
- Generate sales report and follow up on customer collections.
- Analyse market competitors and assist in formulating effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in pipe and fitting materials is required for this position.
- Self motivated and passionate about technical sales & marketing.
- Full-Time positions available.
