We are a leading executive search services firm based at Mumbai.

 

For our client which is an FMCG MNC based in Mumbai, we have a vacancy for Manager Taxation(Head taxation & transfer pricing)

 

The responsibilities are as follows:

·         Tax planning and strategy

·         Tax advisory

• Transfer Pricing regulations and effective planning and documentation 
• Transfer pricing documentation, Filing of Transfer Pricing Return
• Filing of TDS return on time
• Deferred tax Accounting under IFRS  and Tax Reporting under US GAAP 

·         Service Tax input credit distribution to Plants.

·         Tax Litigation -  

·         Ability to handle tax assessment of corporate and transfer pricing, filing submissions and strong representation with the reveunue for all types of tax matters.

• Ability to file tax appeals and contest the matter with the Commissioner Appeals
• Filing of appeals with Tribunal with the help of external counsel and representation at court level.

 

We are looking for CAs from 1999/2000/2001/2002  batches only, for this role.
