Good Day!
Currently there are vacancies for the customer service positions.
Here are the information for the job:

Location: Bukit Jalil
Role: Customer service (IT) – English/Chinese speakers
Salary: RM2000 – RM2200
Benefits: Meal Allowances, Shift Allowances, OT if applicable.
Duration: 12 months Contract (can be converted to permanent)
Work Pattern: 24/7 rotation. (3 days work 4 days off or 4 days work 3 days off (rotation))
Training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply who graduated in IT field.

Job Description:
Support and provide superior service assistance via inbound/outbound calls and e-mails for client projects(International and Local).
Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by staffs
Ability to use an effective customer oriented approach that supports effective telephone communication and email handling in accordance to company guidelines.
Independent and performs ad-hoc related work as required by management with a strong desire to meet KPI standards set by the company
