Opening for HR executive Singapore and Malaysia

Job Title: Human Resources Executive, Singapore and Malaysia
Reports to: Human
Resources Manager, Singapore and Malaysia

Summary:
Support the HR Manager in relation
to HR operations activities such employee data management, benefits and payroll
administration, as well as recruitment and training and employee relations
programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Responsible for SEA headcount position management creation in Peoplesoft
Manage the hiring for junior level positions
Coordinate with agencies regarding temporary placements as well as managing advertising (publications) process
Administration and tracking of job email database
Arrange interviews with hiring manager and candidates
Maintain candidate tracker as well as monthly hiring report
Support campus recruitment activities (ad hoc)

Employee
Data Management
New hire and termination process. This entails prepare
documentation in relation to new hire process such as offer letter requests,
preparing new hire folders, administration of medical health check-up; new hire
data collection and PS update. Termination process includes acceptance of
resignation letter generation, asset collection; final payment coordination
Coordinate with Department administration, IT to ensure
proper on-boarding and termination process p-file maintenance
Run monthly reports for data audit and update organization charts
Employee data maintenance
Employment pass maintenance

Payroll
Administration

Administer the Payroll for Singapore and Malaysia employees.
This entails ensuring salaries are computed correctly and
distributed on time as per the payroll process guidelines. This includes liaison with payroll vendor,
managers regarding timely submission of incentive payments; file national
service claim, third leave maternity benefits claim
Address payroll-related queries
Ensure changes to employee records are updated
Establish internal controls and measures to track and
complete documentation for future audits
Consolidating information related to expatriate taxes

Benefits Administration
Address questions in relation to Benefits entitlements and
administration including following up on reimbursements via insurance provider
Provide Stock Administration required reports
Validation of medical claims and tracking
Update and maintain the e-Leave system
Administration
of the Long Service Recognition Program

Employee Programs
Coordinate new hire orientation programs
Arrange Employee wellness programs such well talks and
activities

Employee Communications
Posting all employee announcements on the SEA intranet on monthly basis.
Will be responsible for the general maintenance and posting of
policies on the SEA Intranet
Specifications:Disciplined action and execution drive operational
excellence, a strong team player, effective communicator.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor¢s degree preferred.
3-4 years Human Resource Generalist experience.
Hands-on experience with Peoplesoft preferred
MNC experience is a must
Able to multi-task
