Graduated from any discipline, D-3 level from reputable university.
Cumulative GPA min 2.75
Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
Good in English & computer literacy.
Basic knowledge about Project Management.

Handle documents and provide information about projects, maintain files and documents in order to enhance system effectively and efficiency on Company's business need.
Arrange appointment and meetings regarding to clients and prepare presentation, meeting materials and minutes of meeting and materials to support the department work plan.
Prepare and assist schedules, letters, documentations and meetings in order to supports daily operational tasks.
Develop systematic system for all documents to attain well controlled correspondence flow, monitoring correspondence and documents treatment for all departments as well as to determine the documents retained, kept or destroyed.
Handle and check expedition letter either internal or external and processing all documents incoming and outgoing letters.
Prepare business trip letter arrangement in order to supports daily operational tasks.
Prepare claim form of expense reports, invoice, pretty cash records and inventory of office supplies.
