- English speaking is a must, chinese speaking added advantage
- Customer service and sale experience added advantage
To those who dont know much about realestate negotiator
- If you always think of doing business, but lack of experience, business concept.
- Lack of business fund, but at least you need to be ready to spend a thousand dollar or more in advertisement and monthly several hundreds dollar of phone bill in next half year to a year time.
- The job is straight forward, find property, share with people, bring prospect to view, and matching both buy & demand expectation. But it is never a simple task.
- Different agencies will have different joining fee
- Apart from MLM, Insurance, mutual fund, perhaps realestate is 1 of the option for those who think of being own boss
- Time is flexible, but workload could be extremely high
- Income totally depend on individual capability
- Could be very high income or negative.
