We are working on an interesting role of Regional IT Manager with one of our US Based MNC for their Dubai Based offices.

Position: Regional IT Manager (Detailed JD as under)
Reporting to: Regional Managing Director

Key Responsibilities of the Role

To coordinate and direct the design, development, implementation, maintenance, project management and support activities of the information services and technology department in the region.
Ensuring overall responsibility of Movex implementation at various locations in Mid-East
Maximizing existing hardware, software and telecommunication capabilities
Responsible for the administration and support for the ERP system
Managing development and maintenance of business reports
Recommend new technologies, systems and equipment to support changing requirements.
Prioritize and schedule all new and on-going projects conferring with managers as required on project status and deviations to plans
Develop and maintain appropriate disaster recovery plans to ensure continued business operations.
Keeping abreast of evolving technologies and makes recommendations regarding improved systems and equipments.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with outside providers to ensure company's systems are adequately supported and understood.
Plan, monitor and control department budgets
Provide staff supervision including determining resources required, hiring, staff scheduling and delegation
