Learning & Development Manager
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

The role holder will analyse and identify needs of employees training
and support corporate learning strategy. Additionally, you should
maintain program content of courses and support business
departments/group/regional learning initiatives. The role also focuses
on supporting development planning processes for the bank and
continuous improvement management of leadership programs. Maintaining
group and regional learning initiatives to align and continually
improve curriculum offering is vital for this role.

Requirements:

To apply for this role, you will have sound knowledge and exposure to
change management strategies and practicies. Canddiate with project
management skills will be looked up to. A seasoned HR or Business
practitioner with strong experience particulaly in the areas of
training, learning and development will be highely regarded.
Applicants with teritary qualification in Business/Human Resources
related field will be preferred.

Due to Indonesia's current legislative requirements, this role is only
open to Indonesian nationals.
