1) Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary :
•Project manager for infrastructure related project involving and/or impacting the APAC region.
•Design and deploy secure networks inline with corporate directives and standards.
•Provide operational support and to work with relevant vendors and carriers on securing an infrastructure environment that is stable and available to employees in our APAC offices and call centers.

Job Responsibilities:
•Project Manager (PM) for infrastructure related projects involving and/or impacting Asia-Pacific (APAC).
•Design, deploy, manage & support APAC WANs, LANs, WLANs, Internet Gateways, Firewalls & Remote Access infrastructures.
•Design, deploy, manage & support sites/regional Internet.
•Project Management – able to work directly with the biz to quickly identify their needs and provide an appropriate solution in-line with global standards.
•24X7 management & support of APAC Network & Telecoms infrastructure.
•Able to represent Asia-Pacific effectively in any global/regional technical discussions or initiatives.
•Provide formal and informal training for end-users and/or team members as needed.
•Work with various infrastructure vendors and telecommunication carriers' incl. negotiating contracts, goods & services.

Education and Experience Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Computer Studies from a recognized University.
•CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)
•Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a MNC or major national company.

Skill Requirements:
•Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, NetScreen firewall/vpn devices, Avaya IP PBXs, etc.
•Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, ATM, VPLS, MPLS, ISDN, IPSec, VLANs, HSRP, TCP/IP, PPP, EIGRP, BGP, QoS, Multicast, ACLs, VPNs, IP Tel, VoIP, Structured Cabling etc.
•Experience in using network management tools for performance, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning E.g. CiscoWorks LMS, Concord eHealth, EtherPeek, InterMapper, MRTG, Cacti etc
•Experience in UNIX Sys Admin and setting up UNIX DNS, DHCP, Web, Ftp, Mail, VPN and other Internet Services.
•Experience in managing Avaya Call Center environment is an added advantage.

2) System Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate regional rollout of major Mac OS X, critical for business success.
Plan and implement regional intranet services, in conformance to corporate IS&T web design guidelines
Implement training plans for internal adoption of new Mac OS X and related applications.
Manage regional site-license software distribution services to deliver timely updates and achieve no less than 99% uptime to business users.
Manage regional upgrade of calendaring software to deliver seamless service transition to business users.
Provide training and operational support for regional desktop backup solutions to safeguard business data.
Manage content publication, script development and administration of Pacific IS&T intranet services.
Coordinate regional broadcast of Client's Events (eg. Keynotes, MacWorld) in Pacific with Employee Comms and regional HR.
Provide installation support for collocation services to Client's business partners in the Singapore computer room.
Police regional desktop policies and practices to support Client's business, in alignment with corporate IS&T directives.
Participate and coordinate UATs for major OS and applications releases to ensure usability in double-byte OS.

Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science in a reputable University.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in regional intranet and desktop support role.
• Minimum of 2 years in managing web and desktop projects.
• Sun certified system administrator for Solaris 9 or 10.

Skill Requirements
• Expert knowledge on Mac OS X internal.
• Solid understanding of a Unix-based Operating system.
• Operational experience in running Apache
• PHP scripting
• Familiar wih MySQL
• Experience with perl, LDAP, SSH/SSL, NIS, UNIX based TCP/IP communications, TCP Wrappers, NFS, UNIX Security Software, UNIX shell scripting, DNS, SMTP
