Currently there is an opportunity with leading financial services based in Gurgaon in Financial Planning & Analysis division.

Designation : Management Trainee / Assistant Manager

Location : Gurgaon Shift Timings: 3.00 PM to 11:30 PM Shift Minimum

Qualification: CA with specific closing & reporting

Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description

1)Consolidate group results - Actual, Budget, Forecast - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statement as per applicable GAAPs (Preferred knowledge on IFRS)

2)Closing and Reporting of Books, Balance sheet preparation, Related schedules Prepare Bank Reporting (Management Accounts Report) – Actual by period and quarter, forecast by quarter and budget Prepare slide for Period Performance Review (Central – Central Financial Data)

3)Accounting for finance companies - SAP & FDC/Hyperion: actual, quarterly forecast and budget
(a) Preparation and upload of FDC/Hyperion schedules
(b) Reconciling SAP to FDC/Hyperion
(c) Review journals submitted by Business shared service center
(d) Intercompany balancing and reconciliations Review month end closing balances and perform routine variance analysis in order to identify and correct errors

4)Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed Completion of financial controls questionnaire for internal audits and compliance Statutory Reporting for all UK domiciled companies – preparation of reports.

5)Preparation of Government Returns including Liaison with various finance/factory teams Identify process improvement opportunities Ensuring that all applicable metrics are met as per SLA and timely reported

Preferred Skills: Hands on knowledge of ERP based G/L (SAP, Oracle) & Hyperion.
