Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (Permanent Position)

Job Requirement

The candidate should have at least 2 years experience in sales or business development management.
The candidate preferably should be working from an IT company or from the financial domain
The candidate should have good understanding of Banking Business Process.
The candidate should have experience in selling solutions and products for BFSI - banking financial service industry, will be an advantage.
Face to face interview only.

Sales, Account Mapping, networking with the clients, building sales pipeline, doing initial presentations to the clients. Business development activities to build relationships with new accounts.
Coordination with delivery teams to meet customer expectations.
Presales and Sales closures.
Building and maintaining relationship with Customers (Sr. Management).
Maximizing sales and profit through effective negotiations.
