Qualification & Experience	MBA (only Top B School) with minimum 1-3 years of experience in Operations
Function	SCM
Span of Control	Sourcing through eBid, Spend analysis, Commodity risk hedging and other strategic sourcing initiatives
Role Objective	§ To develop Bid strategies and implement the same to get the best results for the identified items § Develop hedging strategies to minimize the effect of commodity and currency fluctuations § Take other strategic sourcing initiatives such as identifying low cost country sourcing partners, Outsourcing feasibility etc.
Principal Accountability	Cost effective sourcing
Essential Requirements for Fitment	§ MS Excel skills § Business Acumen § Experience in Strategy & Operations
Key Qualities	§ Innovative approach and out of box thinking § Good analytical skills § Good communication skills § Good negotiation skills § Basic understanding of finance
Desired Age limit	30 years
