Responsibilities: Translation/editing of English and Malay content for websites.
Communicate and monitor partners and external translators/copywriters/proofreaders.
Assist in ensuring the consistency of editorial style, voice and quality.
Assist in developing long term and short term content strategies/processes and procedures with Content Manager.
Assist in documentation and attend meetings as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
2-1 years experience in translation, writing and editing environment.
Have experience in web content translation (candidates with certificate from ITNM is an advantage)
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
Good time management, highly accurate with good attention to detail.
Willingness to travel locally and work off-site as needed.
Delivering high quality work under demanding deadline.
Able to work independently and long hours
