We are International Construction Company in foundation specialization, is currently recruiting qualified person as follow:

HSE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the implementation and control of health, safety and environment management system in organization.

DUTIES & JOB FUNCTION

·          Ensure the preparation of pre-established and systematic working methods within the Organisation to meet the OH&S requirements as specified in the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard

·          Setting up the documented Occupational Health & Safety Management System and documentation

·          Check & ensure that the OH&S procedures are well understood and effectively implemented

·          Propose Continual Improvement and corrective and preventive actions in the OH&S Management System, as appropriate

·          Carry out Internal OH&S System Checks on Project Sites     

·          Provide Training to Project HSE Officers for effective OH&S implementation

·          Review and update OH&S Management System, when necessary

·          Report on the performance status of OH&S Management System to Top Senior Management.

·          Preparing the documentation and audit for contract pre-qualification.

·          Developing, monitoring and verify establish project safety plan.  

REQUIREMENTS:

·          Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Civil, Technical or Occupational Safety & Health
·          Experience as HSE Management System relevant position minimum 5 years.
·          Experience in OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:1999 and ISO 9001:2008
·          Having the competency certification e.q Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001 will be an advantage
·          Experience in construction industry, construction equipments and it's HSE system is a plus.
·          Excellent communication, right to the point and clear explanation
·          Excellent team work, able to coach and development
·          Good leadership, problem solving.
