Requirements

.Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years working
experience in tooling / automation design
.Strong background in technical calculations
.Able to work in a group and independently
.Experienced in backend semiconductor equipment design, preferably in
trim & form and high speed test / inspection handler
.Posses hands-on experience in mechanical systems debugging and
troubleshooting
.Have strong interest in mechanisms design

Responsibilities
•Lead design projects in accordance to customer's requirements within the required lead-time and allocated budget
•Come up with designs from concept to detailed drawings and constantly improving existing designs
•Follow up on progress of assigned projects in various stages to ensure that projects are according to plan
•Actively participate in equipment debugging stage
•Work with different and cooperate with different departments in order to meet projects objectives.
