Position: Enterprise Architect, Strategic Sales Group
Location-Singapore
Objective:
• This is an individual contributor role with shared revenue target with Sales Director (SD).
• Support Sales Director to build and close at least two Large Strategic IT Services deal in the region
• The role is reporting to the Sales Director, Strategic Sales Group, India Region, and a dotted line alignment with Global Solution Support Leader for APJ.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve the assigned sales (TCV) revenue target along with SD in a financial year.
• Jointly responsible along with the SD for the entire Sale Cycle of a Strategic Deal
• Assist the SD in Account Selection, Account Planning, Solution delivery, negotiation and closure
• Directly responsible for the identification, validation, qualification of the opportunities
• Directly accountable for the solution development and proposal in the chosen Strategic Sales Account
• Map and build a high level Enterprise Architecture business and IT architecture for the account and ensure that it is executed by leveraging the Mphasis organization
• Convert every business challenge into an opportunity through Solutioning, Proof of Concept, pilots etc.
• Develops and maintains a deep understanding of Client's business strategy and value drivers in order to anticipate how the IT landscape can be engineered to deliver the required business capability and benefit.
• Responsible for defining solution architecture options and leading the project team through the process of evaluating the most appropriate design.
• Analyze the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Maintain a set of architecture principles that provides directional guidance on appropriate business and technology solutions for the clients
Desired Experience & Skills:
• 18 to 20 years of experience in the areas of Business/IT Architecture, Solution Design, Delivery Experience, of which at least 10 years in large, complex IT set up
• Demonstrated track record of delivering Enterprise Architecture for at least 2 large IT SI bids of value over USD 15Mil each.
• At least 8 years of IT consulting will be essential
• Sound knowledge of IT Services industry and knowledge on Solutioning and delivery
• Domain expertise in at least one industry/sector among BFSI, Manufacturing, Health Care, Telecom, Logistics & Transportation
• Intimate knowledge of market trends and new developments within the Industry/sectors
• Good Interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of ERP, CRM, Portal will be essential
• Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
• Wide ranging knowledge and experience in technology solutions covering application development, network design, middleware, servers and storage, database management and operations
• Knowledge and experience of using architecture frameworks. Project solution architecture experience
• Deep experience on software development standards and methods
• Track record of delivering technology solutions within a complex business
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Team-player with ability to achieve results through shared initiative
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Education:
At least a Master Degree (preferably MBA) from reputed institution
Professional certifications / independent accreditation in desired skill areas will be an advantage
