Organization Overview:

The organization is a leading best practice research firm and provides
business solution and advisory services.

Position Title: Research Associate (Human Resources)

Location: Gurgaon

Principal Accountabilities:

Overall Job Purpose and Responsibilities:

* Construct early stage Hypotheses and "expert" research

* Arrange and conduct interviews and align with industry experts in
search of best practices.

* Conduct quantitative analysis

* Build web based resource centers, toolkits and benchmarking
analyses.

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:

* MBA-HR from premier B-school

* Good Domain knowledge of HR

* Experience in Business Research will be preferred.

* Strong analytical skills.

* 0-2+ years of experience within the relevant domain.
