MBA HR must
10 – 15 years of Generalist HR work ex
Should have handled, employee relations, HR policies and processes, managing the entire employee life cycle management, performance appraisals, payroll, employee database, HR MIS, employee engagement initiatives
CTC, max 18 lacs ( 80 fixed, 20% variable )
