Position: Telesales Consultant
Requirements:
1. At least 1-2 years telesales and selling experience
2. Possess initiative and enthusiastic about making BIG MONEY.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
4. Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
5. Be a team player and ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
8. Comprehensive and extensive training and career development will be provided.
9. Ability to speak mandarin will be added advantage but not required.
Responsibilities:
1. To promote and sell our client, company group's training services.
2. To make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell training services.
3. To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the services.
4. To identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell and provide services to prospective customers.
5. To assist customers to identify training needs for their company.
6. To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
7. To guide and coach junior telesales consultants.
