Customer Quality Manager - Malaysia and Singapore


 

Frontier Technology Services seek a Customer Quality Manager for a multi-national silicon provider to the semiconductor and solar industries.
The post is based in Perak, Malayisa.
Responsibilities include:
Providing customer quality support to solar and semiconductor customers in SEA.
Working closely and proactively with customers, sister sites and technical community.
Acting fast and take effective corrective and preventive action.
Performing out-of-box audit and reliability tests
Measuring and reporting customer's satisfaction.
Candidates require:
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably with silicon wafering & fab, silicon crystal and solar cell exposure and quality related functions.
Experienced in statistical techniques (ie; DOE, SPC, 8D, 6- Sigma & etc)
Good data analytical skills.
Possess a good knowledge of process troubleshooting using statistical approach and process monitoring improvement.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Conversant in ISO quality system will be an added advantage.
Effective and conversant in Bahasa, English & Chinese with good report writing and presentation skills.
Must be able to travel, 25 – 40%.
