We are urgently looking for Staffs to work in Australia to fill position as:

 

Agriculture general labor for working in Australia

(Farm Helper, Driver, Fruit Picker, Packer, Hands on horse management, Sheep and Cattle management, assist with cropping, operate machinery and general farm duties)

 

General skills and qualifications required:

-     Male

-     Age : 21 - 44 years old

-     Education background: Minimum Senior High School.

-     Must have good spoken and written in English. Have IELST = 5

-     Working Reference and Computer literate

-     A self starter, energetic, good personality, highly motivated and inspirational

-     Have excellent communication skills

-     Ability to work independently and good team work.

Format  CV with complete data :

1.     Personal data: complete name, place and date of birth, marital status, height/weight, passport id and valid date (if you have)

2.     Education: university/academy name, period, majoring in

3.     Experience: company name, department, job title, period, detail job descriptions, reference name, position and telephone number.

4.     Training: Provider events, place and period date.

5.     Mention your previous salary and expecting salary

 

Requirements for Document (3 copies) :

1.     Copy of ID Card (KTP)

2.     Copy of Passport (valid until 1 year)

5.     Copy and legalized of Degree Certificate SD, SMP, SMA, Diploma, Bachelor (S-1)

6.     Color Photograph 2x3 (white background) 15 pages.

7.     Color Photograph 3x4 (white background) 15 pages.

8.     Color Photograph 4x6 (white background) 15 pages.

9.     Color Photograph 5x5 (white background) 15 pages.

10. Color photograph with full size body 1 page

11. Original and copy legalized of Police Reference (SKCK International)

12. Original Permission letter from family signed on stamp (di atas materai) and legalized by Civil Department (Kelurahan)

13. Original Medical Check Up Test result at MMC Hospital and Prodia Medical Centre (references of Australia Embassy)

14. Copy of IELST Certificate (if you do not have yet, you can take the test on IDP Jl. HR Rasuna Said on January 23, 2010)

 

Here are the packages offered:

-          Range Basic Salary       :  AUS $ 520 / week

-          Over time                      :  150% of basic salary

-          Accommodation            :  Company provided (Bachelor Sharing)

-          Food                               :  Company provided

-          Transportation              :  Company Provided

-          Probationary Period      :  (6 months probationary period)

-          Length of Contract        :  2 (two) years (extendable to 5 years)

-          Working Hours             :  10 hours/ day – 5 days / week

-          Air Ticket                       : Air Ticket going to Australia for employment will be shouldered by the company then one-time per two years

-          Annual Vacations          :  15 days leave every year.

-          Insurance                      :  Available

-          Other terms and condition is as per Australia Labor Law and this will be specified in the employment contract. 

 

Cost Payment Method:

·   I Down Payment (DP I) = USD 500,-  when submit your application (USD 400,- refundable when not get approval VISA.

·    II Down Payment (DP II) = USD 1.100,-  when get approval VISA

·    Settlement Payment USD 2.400,- will deduct from the salary for 6 months (USD 400,-/month).
