Position: Zonal Sales Manager (2 positions)

Company: Leading MNC FMCG Co

Location: South (Chennai) & North (Gurgaon)

 

The incumbent will be responsible for sales across a cluster of states in a region and will have a team of ASMs and Sr. ASMs reporting in. The position reports to the Regional Head. Apart from handling volume and financial responsibility for a part of the region, the incumbent will need to drive new brand launches and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes in the distribution setup.

 

Specifications:

·         MBA from premier B school – people from 2001/2002/2003 batches only

·         Extensive experience in FMCG sales is a critical requirement

·         Strong team handling experience
