Helpdesk Team Leader (Kuala Lumpur) Responsibilities: - To provide technical know how and input to more complex issues and will plan and schedule work and supervise a small team on a day to day basis ensuring quality, productivity and system availability objectives are met.
- Undertake more complex tasks within the team and provide technical support/ advice to others.
- Ensure that all out of line operational issues are escalated in accordance with company technical escalation process.
- Ensure the delivery of cost effective and quality services in line with our contractual obligations thereby achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review and report on the performance of the team, identifying resource requirements where appropriate.
- Communicate relevant information to the team.
Requirements: - Minimum diploma/degree level qualification in an IT related subject with minimum of 3 years working experience in Helpdesk role.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills & provent team leader skill.
- Good knowledge in administration of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/XP.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory Administrative and Microsoft Exchange Administrative .
- Proven knowledge and competency of LAN/WAN protocols and services: TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with Backup Software and SMS/SCCM.
- Experience with Citrix, VPN, VNC & Lotus Notes.
- Proven knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation Certification).
- MCSE/MCP certificate is added advantage.
