We are currently in need of an HR Specialist / Officer who will handle the following job responsibilties:

  • conceptualizes, develops, monitors and ensures the implementation of systems and processes relating to HR Planning & Acquisition and HRIS.
  • assists in the management of Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, and Employment Relations Management to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • determines and reviews employee development needs in relation to current and emerging business requirements, and collaborates with Training & Development for the implementation of the needed training and organization development interventions to ensure the consistency of training programs with human resource development plans needed to achieve business goals and objectives.

Job Specifications are as follows:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Recruitment, Manpower Planning
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City .
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
