SERVICE MANAGER 2 POSITIONS DATACOM INDONESIA

For Incident Management :-Have knowledge in Service Management:ITIL
certification or experience in service organization handling incident
management for at least 2 years- Able to lead large number of service
engineers (more than 20)
For Service Level Management :-Have knowledge in Service Management:
ITIL certification or experience in service organization handling
service level management for at least 2 years-Good interpersonal skills
and able to interface with multiple customer level-Having some
background in business & commerce is advantageous
PROJECT MANAGER-Have knowledge in Project Management: PMP certification
or experience in IT project management for at least 3 years-Have
experience in handling large scale project all over Indonesia
especially in telco industry-Strong leadership and good interpersonal
skill
General Requirements :a. Graduated from reputable university with GPA >
3.0 (S2 preferred) from IT or related fieldb. Fluent in Englishc. Good
understanding in networking technologyd. Min. 2 years management
experience
