QUALIFICATIONS Required:
• Bachelor's degree in technical or supervision field.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience.
• Experience operating computer networks and monitoring equipment.
• Experience in computer lab operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, planning, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-25 pounds frequently and 40 pounds occasionally.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of University personnel and procedures.

JOB DUTIES
Supervise Learning Spaces Operations service staff and lab assistants. Recommend shift staffing to Learning Spaces Operations Manager and determine individual service staff work schedules. Implement Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) operational policies and procedures. Propose new or revised Learning Spaces Operations guidelines. Coordinate delivery of service between TLT divisions and its customers. Provide feedback to divisions on use of services. Coordinate Learning Spaces Operations shift changes. Maintain and upgrade applicable job skills by reviewing material supplied by TLT and Learning Spaces directors.

The hours for this Night shift position are Sunday-Thursday, 11p.m. to 8 a.m. This position is on call every weekend.
